ABOUT

I am a certified yoga teacher with a passion for consciousness in movement.

As a person deeply connected to my body, I am interested in supporting how we move through space as we continue to live healthy, active and joyful lives.
 
As I entered my 60s, I noticed a new way that I had to honor my body. It is with this awareness (and kindness!) that I learned to negotiate how best to support a life of movement while honoring the changes that are occurring with my time on earth.

 

This intention brought me to work 1:1 with people 50+ so that I could share the beauty of how our bodies can serve us as we grow in years. Understanding how to best support our ever-changing physicality requires consciousness, care and laughter! I want to celebrate all that is happening and changing while honoring our collective desires to move with aliveness.
 

I have been studying yoga for over 28 years and teaching since 2002. With this experience, I bring a light heart, humor and a strong sense of body awareness to each moment of practice.
 

The consciousness that yoga can provide is one that I share with great enthusiasm. It is this divine passion that I hope to share with each of you as you move through life.
